Well today on help me and chido decided to mix things up a bit (hehe)

Also, there were scammers running amok on xat help today! They were making a pop-up ad appear on peoples screens asking for their username and password. So if you see it pop up on your screen don’t enter any info

Help goes into as3 mode

Well xat put xat.com/help into as3 mode today. At first I was ticked off because it was majorly lagging me, but now I’m used to it. I personally hope that before xat puts every chat in as3 they make it where it doesn’t lag so bad. The only good thing about it is that you can make cool smiles, but in my opinion cool smiles arent worth major lag. Comment what you think

Xat Testing News:

First of all, xat is currently testing many new features on www.xat.com/xat_test that may be avaliable on all chats sometime in the future!

Here’s a list of them:

Five new smiles are being tested. They are (contempt) (spin) (fedup) (horror) (tipsy)
In testing, effects can now be added to power smiles as well as regular ones.
In testing, the smiles (topman) and (blue) have been re-designed. Topman now shows a purple pawn, instead of a black pawn, on top of the green pawns and blue is now more of a lighter shade.
In testing you can add effects to all smiles, even those like (kirb) and (pikachu), instead of just yellow ones.
In testing, if you have an emoticon as your icon, the (zoom) power will work on it.
On www.xat.com/xat_test the 8ball is blue instead of black.

8 letter regname no more!

Since shortnames are half off this weekend I bought the shortname Blue!

Unfortunately, now I’m very poor, but hopefully I’ll be able to get some xats back on trade profits (hehe)

Heart Power Realsed in Stores!

500 heart powers were realsed in stores today. They were 750 xats each and you could only buy one per user.

Valentine Power

Well as many of you probably already know, the newest power is Valentine. It comes with the smiles (beat), (bheart), (cupid), (card), (hug2), (hug3), (ilu), (lhand), (ring), (rose), (rose2), and (valentine). It was 260 xats in stores.

Six Power going up in value?

Well I was on trade today and it seems like the six power is going up in value! Its value on trade went from 1300-1600 xats to around 1800-2000 xats almost overnight!

There’s no real cause for this increase besides the fact that people are just selling them higher and people are paying more for them. You can go to www.xat.com/trade and see if you can make a deal for this power

Sport Mania!

Well in honor of the super bowl xat decided to realease 1000 sports powers for only 250 xats (Normal price is 300 xats) in the power store and not allow any more of the power to be bought in stores until after the superbowl.

As a result of this it seems like everyone was selling sport on trade! There were some people who tried to sell it really high (I even saw one person make the offer “sport for purple” xD) but eventually most of them were sold for only 5-25 xats profit, but hey profit is profit is profit! I bought 5 sports when they were realsed for 250 xats and sold four of them for 260 xats and one of them for 255 xats. And for all you people who missed out on buying a sport, don’t worry because sport will be unlimited in the store at there normal price of 300 xats after the superbowl ends.

Lots of Cool News!

Well since xatblogs has been down for almost five days, I have alot of news i need to catch up on D: First of all, Jenny won xatblogs purple/25,000 xats contest!

Also, Pink (Who used to be a perm mod on help before she quit xat) rearned member on xat help!

And it seems that the new tempmem power has an unexpected effect! For now, if you have the tempmem power you can and headphones and sleeping caps to smiles! All you have to do is: (smile#cd) (smile#sleep)

There has also been some speculation that these effects are new add-ons to costumes or one of the hair powers and not costumes, but I turned off costumes, hairm, and hairf and could still do them! Here’s a screenie:

And since xatblogs.com is now back up all the way (At least I hope it is D:), I’ll get back to blogging as often as I was before!

Purple contest coming to a close

Well the huge purple/25,000 contest will finally be coming to an end tommorow and I’m sure everyone is very anxious (Just like me ) to find out who the winner is. I’d just like to say that this whole thing has been a very enjoyable expierence and I’m looking forward to even more cool and interesting things happening on xatblogs!
