Well the huge purple/25,000 contest will finally be coming to an end tommorow and I’m sure everyone is very anxious (Just like me ) to find out who the winner is. I’d just like to say that this whole thing has been a very enjoyable expierence and I’m looking forward to even more cool and interesting things happening on xatblogs!

Well the hippo was spotted again at xat.com/xatblogs today. Chris (aka r00t) was arguing with ziggy so ziggy decided to mute him and send a hippo to give him the message:

P.S. I also got moderator on xat.com/xatblogs today!

It has now been officially confirmed on xat.com/help’s scroll message that the Power 61 that Darren has been working on will be a “tempmem” power. Help’s scroll message reads as follows: “The 61 power will be tempmem – make a temporary member. Testing has started. Also there will be changes to the way tempmod works.”

Also, xat staff have already given the power to ACKirbachu (Owner of Xat Help) for testing and could possibly give it out to more users for testing soon. Here it is on his power list:

My Opinion on the upcoming power: Personally, I think it’s going to be a pointless power. Especially considering you get member on most chats just by coming on the chat. If anything, a “temp-owner” power would’ve made more sense to me. But I don’t know for sure, xat may end up doing something really cool with the power, we’ll just have to wait and see.

Infamous Guestselfed on xat.com/help today. He said he’s been slacking off as a member and guestselfed to push himself to work harder. Personally I think that’s taking it a little bit to far, but I still hope he re-earns member soon.

Today on help, Vinny somehow logged out or got on another account and was a guest, and then he Google made him a member and when he went back on his main account he was a member on it also. So vinny ended up having to be a member for a little while until ack came on. D:

 But eventually ACK came on and re-ownered him and everything went back to normal.

I made a brand new page called Blogging Help. On it I’m posting step-by-step guides for everyone who has a blog on xatblogs.com! At the moment I’m still making more step-by-step guides on how to do things with your blog, but I figured I should go ahead and publish the page so people could benifit from the ones I had already made.
